How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You get the full feature set straight away and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing charges once for twelve months and works out at two months free compared with paying monthly. You can switch between the two at any point.
How accurate are the commute times?
ETAlarm uses live traffic data for your exact route, including any stops you add, and recalculates your wake-up time whenever conditions change.
Can I keep my alarms if I move back to Free?
Yes. Your saved alarms, addresses and route history stay in your account. The Free plan simply keeps one alarm active until you upgrade again.
Does it work for rotating or night shifts?
Yes. You can set an alarm for any arrival time on any day, including overnight starts, and ETAlarm rechecks the route each night. Dedicated rotating-shift management is coming soon on the Professional plan.
